The Doctor Is In

Life can be pretty scary sometimes, but we can all take solace in the fact that, for the time being at least, we ain’t gotta deal with DOOMBOTS. Let’s all just appreciate that for a moment.

We have a little bit of a history with Peanuts Universe around these parts.

If three comics counts as a “little bit of a history”.. and I think it does.

It will probably not surprise you to hear that the two comics with superheroes in them make slightly more sense to me than the football one, but that’s okay. People are into all sorts of things.

He gets his kicks.

If you’ve never read the really early Peanuts strips, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are very different from what Peanuts became by the time it was being animated into beloved holiday specials, but don’t let that scare you away, because I can’t imagine anyone would ever regret reading them.

Anyway, Euge is off being Adam WarRock at Nerdapalooza this weekend, so if you’re in the area, you should probably check that out if you weren’t already going.

What’s new with you guys and gals?

Playing that new Pokemon game?

Looking at Ninja Turtle gifs?

We’re working on getting the site reorganized and such, so feel free to make use of the changes to contact us and let us know how much we suck.

I wanted that collection so much when I went to SPX but by the time I went to the Fantagraphics table they only had the most recent one. Maybe I can pick it up in a few weeks. Comics history is amazing.

But man, Charlie Brown looks like he’s about to cut someone.
