This is awkward.
It was this or a comic where we discover Michael Phelps is Namor, so obviously, we are very interested in the Olympicals.
Our schedule is a little screwy as we work out the kinks of doing this and the other secret projects we’re working on including our book for MonkeyBrain Comics!
I guess that one isn’t really a secret, since we’ve already mentioned that we’re working on it, but you get the idea.
Hopefully we’ll get it all sorted soon.
Some other things:
1) We did a new COMICS, EVERYBODY! for ComicsAlliance about BANE! Please go check it out and give it a like on Facebook or get in an argument with someone in the comments. I’m told this is good for comics. Also, thanks to Joe Hunter for giving me some coloring assistance!
2) I drew this for The Variants Season 3 Kickstarter and the lovely and talented Daniel Butler colored it. Season 3 starts in a little under a month, and Curt and I are alllllllll up in this season.
3) Here is a picture of Curt in a luchadore mask at a birthday party we were at this week.

I hate Reed Richards so much. If you guys’ll have me again, I’d like to do a comic sympathetic to Doctor Doom, explaining why he really turned evil.

Uh, I’m pretty sure a comic revealing that Michael Phelps is Namor would actually be the best thing ever. If only because I wouldn’t have to look at Reed Richards’s stupid face.

I pointed out to a friend that Namor backwards is Roman, and this was why Namor acted as such a dickish, emperor-type in his appearances. His catch phrase was even his screaming the Latin “Imperius Rex!”.
Now I’m trying to convince them that Phelps backwards somehow relates to his catch phrase, “Eat fresh!”

Nice comic Reed always ignores Sue, but I still like the guy. However, he owes Namor several beatdowns for always trying to mack on his wife.
