Heroes they deserve
Hard to talk about The Dark Knight Rises without getting into the tragedy at the Aurora Theater in Colorado. It’s even more difficult to make jokes about the thing, seeing how tied together the two are.
Give us a few days, we’ll be back to being funny on Monday. I mean, if you consider us ever funny.
In the meantime, donate blood if you can and try to enjoy all the moments we have that aren’t interrupted by insanity.

If there is one webcomic that nails it with stuff like this, it’s you guys. Nicely done.
I am perfectly comfortable talking about the movie itself though. Batman from ’89 is still my favorite, but Nolan’s series has been amazing and this was a brilliant end to a brilliant era of comic films.
However, after that lovely Man of Steel teaser, I couldn’t help but wonder if Bane would have succeeded past the first act had Superman showed up. So I’m pretty curious to see how Superman and Deadliest Catch are connected next summer.
