Fort Doom

If you haven’t yet, check out our newly opened Forum. Talk about whatever you want. Start topics. Make replies. Post gifs. It’s like the Wild West right now, anything goes.

Also, Brandon Jerwa, he who has written GI Joe comics, Battlestar Galactica comics, other comics, started working on a documentary about why people get into comics. He’s doing a Kickstarter to help fund more of it, so go over to the site, watch the preview video (which I’m in, awww, yeah, whaddup) and support it if you can/want to.

Missed ya’ll at the LBFA meetup at the Gathering of the Juggaloes last week. We had a good turnout. Jeffkhan27 started tripping because he had too much Silver Surfer body paint on his upper lip and disappeared into an abandoned military base but other than that it was pretty chill, ninjas.

I want you to remember this comic the next time you’re thinking all we do is boner jokes and political cartoons.

I want you to remember this comic the next time you’re thinking we’re too cynical or mean about some comic you liked that we thought was terrible.

I wish we could do a whole separate version of LBFA and call it LBFA Jr. or something that was all just stuff like this.

you can call that new strip LBBFA (aka let’s be baby friends again) where the comic characters are all babies and any appearences by chris or curt will be viewed from the knees down only.

    and hopefully wearing pants.

But Chris, you CAN. You can do anything you want. Expand the LBFA Inc. brand!

When I’m frustrated or angry I sometimes raise my fist to the sky and say “RICHARDS!” Now, I’ll think of this strip and I won’t be frustrated or angry anymore. Well, I’ll probably still be frustrated or angry, but with a smile on my face. Thanks, LBFA.

This one goes out to Sean George!!!!!

LBFA Meet 2k11 was the best time of my adult life!!! Never have I seen more people into KICK-ASS and Mark Millar in one spot ever. Chris Haley’s speech about singing Karaoke “the Grant Morrison Way” truly helped me in my career. Curt’s tutorial on “Pant who needs them?” has changed my fashion flavor. Thanks guys cant wait till next year!

There was a LBFA meetup? Well, shit. Just as well, I guess, since I was out of town.

Nice change of tone! This does unknot something inside me. It makes me wish my Mom had dressed as “Annihilus” when she took me trick-or-treating on Halloween. Instead of just every day.

And I want you to think of THIS comic the next time you’re thinking “There really aren’t ENOUGH dick jokes in LBFA”

Funny strip, although I have to admit that for one minute I was in full-on comic book nerd mode and thought, “That’s not possible!! Reed Richards didn’t gain his powers until adulthood!” I choose to ignore that part or me (just like the girls did in high school…sniff) and say that you guys can be funny whether your jokes are clean or “dirty”.

That first panel is the single cutest thing. It gives me phantom womb-ache.

That’s right, I’m a man, and want to have a baby. A Doom Baby.
