I can’t remember how long ago this was, but there was an issue of Teen Titans where he was just a disembodied head hooked up to something because he was having his cybernetic parts being cleaned. It might’ve been when Geoff Johns was writing.

Yeah, I remember that too. He was doing maintenance on his body and all the machine parts where scattered while all of his flesh parts were in some sort of solution. And he was just a talking head in the middle of it all.
