Another sorta true story

I make a lot of bad decisions.

Anyway, please go check out our new “The Bible, Everybody!” comics we did for Comics Alliance if you haven’t already.

If any of you are going to be at SPX this weekend, I’ll be there wandering around looking for evil to vanquish and just generally hanging out with these two and hopefully a myriad of other friends and well-wishers.

This is also a thing I will be at. Art by Jen and I with an amazing design by Dylan.

Wish I could be there at SPX with you guys! Have fun!

Also, y’all got the best facial expressions in this strip.

Man. Talk about taking a page from my life. Becca does that at least onc a month. Last night I had a similar dream, I was spider-man, but not really. I just dreamed that I was playing shattered dimensions all night.

Back in the days of Saved by the Bell (or SBTB as weirdo fans might call it…not that I know anything about that) I had a dream that I was dating Kelly Kapowski (Tiffani-Amber Thiessen) and said dream spanned the course of a blissful few weeks. When I awoke in my own room I was actually dissoriented because it didn’t look famliar and then the heart-breaking reality shook me. I felt like I had actually been dumped for several days.

    le sigh.

so i’m pretty sure you guys need to just get out of my head for a minute. it’s crowded enough in here without you using my dreams for comics.

It’ll be good to see you again! I’ll be wearing my Ghostbuster t-shirt.

In hindsight, that post is heavily incriminating.

I want him to stop doing comics where he’s just been dumped. It’s saddening my sadness.

The facial expressions have been hilarious the past few strips! Really enjoying them!

Also, will you be at NYCC?

I saw Chris at SPX! I wasn’t wearing my Ghostbuster shirt, but I was wearing Carlos. Hope to see you both next year!

I’m right there with you guys. I still vaguely remember this dream I had years ago where I had to team up with the X-men and a vicious band of hobbits to take down something wicked.

I had a dream once where I was an Avenger and I fought the Hulk.

I had another dream that I was visiting my old Aunt Doka on the Old Farm, and she was showing me to my room and there were a bunch of olde photos (1890s era) of influential looking people on the stairwell. I asked her who they were and she was like “Oh, those are the Avengers, sweetheart.” And I was like “Cor… But the Avengers didn’t exist back then…” And she gives me this knowing smirk and replies, “Not that you know about…” Apparently the Old Farm was the Avengers Mansion back in the day and I flipped my shit.

Interesting. Chris’ sad faces are awesome, very cartoony.

    @Larry Koopa

Honestly? I want them to do a bad comic once in a while. YOU HEAR THAT, GUYS? I’M SICK OF GETTING TWO TO THREE AWESOME, GUT-BUSTINGLY FUNNY COMICS EVERY WEEK. IT’S BULLSHIT. TOTAL BULLSHIT.

…Seriously, though. Catching up with Chris at SPX made me realize that I’ve been reading LBFA for almost a year and a half now, and you two’ve yet to deliver even a mediocre update. All killer, no filler – and even the filler comics have rocked. Major Props.
