Exactly what it sounds like.
I’m just assuming everybody’s seen Arrested Development at this point.
And does every post-zombiepocalypse community have to have some kind of terrible secret? I certainly hope so. I wish every community had a terrible secret. It would make moving a lot more interesting.
If you live in Austin, TX please, please go buy a copy of our book from Rogues Gallery Comics & Games in Round Rock. It will make us look awesome if it sells out. And we need all the awesome we can get. Like, a booster shot of awesome directly in an ass cheek.

Aw. So I’m guessing things didn’t work out for Austin Books? Too bad Rogue’s Gallery could not be absolutely farther on the complete opposite side of town from where I live. btw, still dorking out about the AquaFreddie drawn in my copy. Made my daaaaaay!

Guayec – Clearly there are layers upon layers and papers that could be written on all the similarities between AD and TWD. I mean, I haven’t watched AD, so I don’t know, but one can only assume. There’s zombies on AD, right?
Kachi – We’re still working on the Austin Books thing (feel free to go ahead and start telling them they need to carry it), the guy who owns Rogues Gallery was just at the show and liked the book immediately and bought a bunch then and there. Take a picture of that Aqua-Freddie I drew you and send it to me so we can post it up here.

I think the key is finding a post-zombiepocalypse community with a terrible secret that you can live with. Like “Sure, they eat babies but they only eat babies who are jerks.”

I get both references. But the continuity error obviously ruins any humor. Rick SHAVED when he got to the new community. How am I supposed to laugh with that going on?
p.s. I did actually laugh.

Darren – I can’t believe you are commenting on one of our comics. I am a huge fan of yours from a billion years ago in the Drawing Board days.

Thanks, man. I caught Benito Cereno’s tweet about the strip and recognized your name/work. I’ve seen a couple of the strips around the Web. Nice to see what you’ve been up to.
