If you have a heart, then Gumby wants it
I can’t believe those bastards finally did it.
In less sociopathic Blockhead news, we’ve had a lot of traffic this week, so thanks to everybody who spreads the link around. Chris and I really appreciate it.
Next Wednesday is the deadline of the papercraft contest! We have exactly zero entries at this point, so I’d say your chances of winning are pretty good if you submit something, anything, please don’t make us beg.

Does it make me a dick that I laughed out loud at your “zero entries” report?
January 22nd, 2010 at 5:37 pm
PJ – Yes.
The weird thing of it is we have zero official entries, but we’ve had so many people tell us they’ve already done built the little guys, played with, and taken pictures of them. So, its really more that we are curious as to why people still haven’t sent those pictures to us.

Sadly, I’m printerless or I would have tried to make an entry.

As designer of said papercrafts…am I elligable to enter the contest? What about the lovely and talented Lindsey Turner? What if I give someone two assembled papercrafts and a camera? Who am I kidding…I’m not giving anyone a camera. I will, however, donate two papercrafts. Chris, I can always make two more for you.

Ahahahahahaha! LOVES it!
Also, I wanna win something but have no skills

Lynn, you sound like a prime candidate for receiving said ready-assembled paper crafts. You need only have a camera or at least the ability to take pictures with your mind. I really wanted to find the actual word for that because even though it isn’t real when Samara does it in the Ring…there has to be a word for it, right?

psychokinetic photography?
January 23rd, 2010 at 9:29 am
Well, now I’m entering.
January 23rd, 2010 at 12:31 pm
Shane – You are eligible. Lindsey is also eligible. Anyone you want to give an extra pair of paper dudes to is eligible. The word eligible is starting to break down and lose all meaning to me at this point from overuse. Eligible!
January 23rd, 2010 at 12:32 pm
Lynn – You have the ability to print a thing out, cut it up, fold it together, and take a picture of it. I believe this to be true.
January 23rd, 2010 at 12:32 pm
Larry – Yes. You are eligible. Eligible! So please do.

I have no printer : (
However, I want me some paper craft figures!

Thank you, friendlyneighborhoodillustrator! Only I don’t think Chris and Curt are willing to wait while we send these items to and from Seoul, Korea. That’s where I live. I am writing to you from 15 hours in the future!
January 23rd, 2010 at 9:54 pm
Chris – I am gonna do something. And it’s gonna be worthy of an award of some kind. Probably for worst design/idea, but hey I’m bored.
January 24th, 2010 at 6:19 pm
Vanessa – That’s why God invented Kinkos.
Lynn – Do it to it.

Help for the printerless: Just hold some paper up to the screen and trace the design. Cool minimalist sketchy pencil-line variation!
January 24th, 2010 at 9:11 pm
Mine is gonna change the world… as soon as I get a digital cam-er-a.
Am I saying that word right? Cam-er-a. Cam-er-a.
January 24th, 2010 at 9:59 pm
Don’t forget, Lynn: Worst entry means you owe Chris and Curt $5 each.
January 26th, 2010 at 6:03 pm
So can I turn my 5$ in in advanced so that if I dont fail I get 5$ back and feel like I won?
January 27th, 2010 at 9:56 am
Is…is that red rubot?
January 27th, 2010 at 11:46 am
Adam – HAHA! Yes!
