Finite Mike – A set amount of Mike is probably much better than an endless amount of Mike. As to the book, it will be available via Amazon, certain LCSs, AND directly from us. It is our hope that everyone will get them directly from us, as we make the most money that way, but you know, beggars can’t be choosers.
