Every day at LBFAHQ we get hundreds of emails asking for more behind the scenes looks into the process of making “Let’s Be Friends Again : The Webcomic”.

With Curt in France, I figured now was as good a time as any to once again peer behind the curtain.

Here is a preview of tomorrow’s strip…

Long-time LBFAns will notice that Curt’s hair is slightly different in this panel to reflect recent changes in our overall continuity.
We expect this will probably garner huge media attention from all the regular mainstream sources and have already set up a satellite link with Curt at the Eiffel Tower for our expected appearances on Larry King Live and The Colbert Report.

Dear Internet,

Please stop worrying about Asterix.
Whether or not we like him, Asterix is long, long dead.
So, you know, he doesn’t really care.

That was a joke.
He cares a LOT about whether or not we like him.
He’s at home crying and wiping his eyes with his crazy ass moustache every night hoping that each new tomorrow will be the day we start liking him.

And so to make both Asterix (even though he has done nothing for us) and all of you feel better, I’m going to publicly declare that we are fans of Asterix.

And before any other European comics feel slighted, yes, we also like Blacksad, Judge Dredd, The Smurfs, Lucky Luke, and virtually every other non-American comic character.

But mostly Tintin.
Nobody gets hit in the head more than Tintin.

What am I forgetting?

I swear it’s right there on the tip of my tongue.

There’s something I’m supposed to be doing.

Man, what is it?

You may have noticed that it’s Tuesday and here it is no comic.

Sowwwie! Try to stay mad while you’re looking at that.

Seriously, Curt was draggin’ his ass all over Spain, suitcase in hand yesterday, and I was draggin’ my ass all over Tennessee trying to make it back from HeroesCon, crazy old Superman comics in hand.
These things happen when you’re out there making things happen, but fear not, the new comic will be up tomorrow just as soon as possible.
